Hawthorne Interiors, LLC. is a joint venture between Hawthorne Design and Development, Inc. (Benjamin Welsh, owner) and Metrica (Mark Mantione, CEO North America). Our Vision is anchored in the shared commitment to transforming our clients’ dreams and ideas into reality through collaboration, precision, and transparency.

The partnership leverages a 10-year personal and professional relationship developing real estate in Greenwich, CT and Miami, FL. Additionally, Hawthorne Interiors, LLC. was created in response to demand and encouragement from existing Northeast based clients with residences in Florida. With projects ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq ft and $500K to $50M, Hawthorne Interiors, LLC offers building and renovation services to clientele with exquisite taste.

Ben Welsh – Owner, Hawthorne Interiors, LLC.

Owner of Hawthorne Interiors, LLC., Ben has 10+ years of real estate development and construction experience in Greenwich, Connecticut, and surrounding areas, plus 25 years experience in finance as a Managing Director with Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and HSBC. Today Ben is considered one of the premier home builders in Greenwich.  His underlying philosophy is simple; never cut a corner and build every home as if it is the last home your family will ever live in.

Mark Mantione – CEO North America, Metrica

CEO North America, Mark having joined Metrica in 2018, brought more than 12 years experience in driving nationally recognized brands, spearheading marketing campaigns, and leading, developing, and operating high-end residential and restaurant projects. In his role, he oversees the management of the North American team and leads efforts to educate architects, designers, contractors, owner’s reps, and owners on Metrica as the preeminent luxury interiors outfitter brand, its unmatched craftsmanship and thoughtful customer care.
